Timeline:

In late December 2019, a cluster of pneumonia cases was reported in Wuhan China.

On January 7, 2020 the cluster was confirmed as a novel coronavirus.

On January 19, 2020, Washington State reported its first case of the coronavirus in Snohomish County.

As of January 30, 2020, 9976 cases of infection had been reported in 21 countries world wide.

On March 11, 2020 Social gatherings were restricted in Washington

March 16, 2020 saw the closure of some businesses

On March 23, 2020, all public and private schools were ordered closed and the general population was directed to stay at home.

On March 25, 2020, all non-essential businesses in Washington were ordered closed.

By the time PPP applications became available for pre-completion on April 2, more than a million people had been infected worldwide.
